Workflow Upgrade error - program not unicode compatible

After our upgrade to ECC 6.0 the workflow generated programs are receiving the same error that the "program is not unicode compatible according to the program attributes". This is also captured via uccheck. Where do you set this flag for the workflow generated program via transaction SWO1?? I cannot find this attribute? You cannot edit the attributes via se38 and when I tried to set this attribute using se80, the error still happens.

run program (SE38) SWO_SET_UC_FLAG.

if it shows in UCCHECK, you can check the box..i.e select that program and simply press the Butoon "Set Unicode Attribute" on the toolbar.
