Workflow not getting started

Hi,

We are upgrading from 4.6 to ECC, and have replaced the FM SWW_WI_START to SAP_WAPI_START_WORKFLOW to trigger the workflow.

When the SAP_WAPI_START_WORKFLOW is called it is returning the subrc code as 0 but workflow is not getting triggered.

Kindly provide pointers on solving the issue

Hello,

I think you have to ask your basis team to check the general setup of workflow.

This can be done via transaction SWU3.
