Workflow Issue

Hi

I always get an error message from workflow that "Status change from COMMITTED to COMPLETED is not allowed/possible". The error message number is WL802. Please advise what problem is most like. Thanks.

Check following SAP Note :<b> 970397</b> - Resubmitting executed work items

Summary

Symptom

A business workplace user starts editing a work item, where the end of editing must be confirmed explicitly. The user terminates the confirmation of the editing end. The work item therefore remains in the inbox of the user. The work item has the status commited. If the user tries to place this work item in resubmission, the system refuses this action with the message

A status change of COMMITTED to WAITING is not allowed

Message number WL802.

Import the relevant Support Package or implement the attached corrections in your system.
