work items from out look

hi all,

this is the first time our client is implementing workflow

According to this web block i have done the configuration.

/people/saujanya.gn/blog/2006/12/19/how-to-get-work-items-your-outlook-inbox

i am getting mails from workflow but not workitems.i am unable to find the wrong i have done.Apart from this, is there any thing to be done.

i also maintained my mail id in user data, in ourlook enabled the forwarding
