why program was not generated while implementing the sap note 862985

while implemeting the sap note(862985), the program was generated.at th time implemetation i did get any erroe message also.

could you pls reply if anybody knows about the sap note.

Please goto transaction SE38 & check "RSSO_DELETE_PRIVATE".

i have checked in se 38.but the program RSSO_DELETE_PRIVATE was not available.
