I need your valuable suggestion..

May be this is small but i need <removed>

i never used badi.

before adding customer i need to validate the particular field.

everything is fine...

but at se18 while creating  it is asking one question..

please have a look on below image then u can get clear idea...

select or create enhancement implementation.................

can any body tell me which one should i choose.........

Srinivas,

On the pop up scroll to the bottom, you will find the implementation name ZRSV11 (the one you had created earlier). Select this and continue your process.

At the time of Activating the badi i am getting message.

Can any body guess what is the problem..

At the time of creation also same error message has came i just close the screen .

Srini, that is not an error message. Its an information message. It means the the old badi has been migrated to new badi and that means the enhancement concept.

On the pop that you get, you need to create a new implementation. Once you create a new implementation, you will see the new implementation at the bottom of the pop up which you can select.

Hi Srini,

Click on the new button and craete your implementation and remember to assign it a package rather than in $tmp.Local package wont work for BADIs.

Getting doubts

in the popup.

i selected new create new enhancement implementation. then

again pop up message is comming

as u said there is no enhancement implmenation name what i created earlier..

this is  the problem...

migrated message is coming if i press ok

again pop up message is coming in pop up there is no implementation name what i given

Hi Srinivas,

You assigned your objects to local package.Thats why you didnt see it in the popup window.

Kindly assign it to a package and try.

Please go through Badi implementation steps.You can find lot of tutorials with screenshots available.Take the help of it.

sorry may be  i wasted lot of time
