While Activating, Error in Function Group

Dear Experts ,

I Created Function group using se37 , while Activating that Function Group it Showing this error

" REPORT/PROGRAM statement missing, or program type is INCLUDE. "

I'm went inside that Fun.Group , There are two INCLUDES (like Top and XXX) , in that one include contains Function pool and another include is not having anything. (Not Function Module).

I Think that XXX include is problem , please check this scenario and give answer.

Give the Function Group name in SE80 and Activate it all together.

Hi Krishna,

1.Go to se37->goto->function groups->Display group->(ur function group name)->main program.

2.There are 2 includes. double click on first include activate it.(if it having any error click on activate any way). and double click on 2nd include activate it.

3.Finally activate function group.

Hi Krishna,

If there are no 'Syntax Check Errors' in the Includes, use the option 'Activate Anyway'. The 'XXXX' is not the problem.

Ok , But i've a doubt , when i transporting that function group to another client (like Dev to QAS ) may be that time it show any error. if it show after transporting na that time what should i do .

Hi,

You can go to SE80. There select Function Group from drop down.

And put your Func. Group there.. Press enter..

Then by right clicking that Func Grp and selecting activate, you can activate everything,

Hi,

go to SE80 and give that function group name.

It displays all the contents of that Fun.group.

Rightclick on Fun group name activate it as whole.
