hi,
i am currently training in ABAP ,so we are in advance abap and i request anybody could help to know
1)the use of smart form,
2)the difference betn SAPscript and smartforms
it will be appreciated if my questions are explained with real time examples.

1) Smartforms is the tool which developers use to create business forms. For example, say that your company needs a custom Purchase Order. The developer can use this tool to design the layout of the form and how the data is display in it.
2) Sapscripts and Smartforms are two tools for the same result. Both are used to create business forms in SAP. Sapscript came first and was thought to be a little cumbersome to work with, SAP answered back with Smartforms, this next gen tool really was a leap forward in regard to business forms in SAP. Now the new one is Adobe Forms or Adobe Interactive Forms, which is another leap forward for business forms.
You have your choice which one you want to use, SAP will not stop support for sapscript or smartforms, but all new developments will be done with Adobe Interactive Forms. My suggestion would be to learn sapscrips, then smartforms, then move into Adobe Forms.
