Dear Abap developers,

What do you do mostly with Abap: Report, Developments, BADIs, BAPIs, Integration with other systems, Data transport from legacy systems, Object-Oriented issues etc?

I know needs are different but I have asked this question personally?

What you use mostly or what you do mostly?

Hi,

The answer depends upon where do you do your development in the Landscape.

The landscape is

SAP -> PARTERNS->CUSTOMERS.

SO SAP developers will do mostly ABAP Objects and ABAP Reports and Developing Module pools Function Pools etc, BADI Definitions, Default Implementation for BADI's etc

Developers at PARTNERS will be mostly creating ZPrograms, Creating Implmentatin for BADI's , implemeting EXITs etc.

Developers at customers will be mostly copying existing Standard transactions and modiyfing them as per their needs. ALso implement exits etc.
