what are minimum passing parameters for function module CS_BOM_EXPL_MAT_V2

Hi

Im going to use FM: CS_BOM_EXPL_MAT_V2 and I want to only pass WERKS, but when I execute FM is gives exception as CALL_INVALID.

I saw all the Import parameters are Optional, but I think I need to pass more inputs to FM.

Please let me know what are MINIMUM input parameters required to run this FM

You need to pass :

CAPID = (Ask ur Fun con. we give it as 'PP01' m not sure if d same works for u)

DATUV =

EMENG = 1 ( this is the qty , it is usually 1)

MKTLS = 'X'

MEHRS = 'X'

MTNRV = Material No.

WERKS = Plant

Its running perfectly.

Just tell me whether Date is from date or till date.

I mean I should give date like 01.01.1999 or current date?

You will have to pass the system date i.e. current date

Whats MEHRS field, I even tried running FM w.o. passing value to it and it ran properly.

In my report when I write CAPID = 'PP01' and DATUV = sy-datum it give error as: "CAPID = 'pp01' DATUV = SY-DATUM is not expected" can you please let me know whats the reason?

In my requirement, there are range of WERKS and MATNR which has to be given from selection screen, where as In CS_BOM_EXPL_MAT_V2 function module I can only give single value for WERKS and MATNR.

Can any one guide me how can I implement this?
