Hi seema,
1. helpdesk program / helpdesk softwares are
programs, which
many users / employees of the company
can access (using internet explorer)
2. so that they can log in their complains .
eg. printer not printing, computer not booting etc.
related to IT or some other issues.
3. These complains are called CALLS
and assigned to respective personnels for action taking.
They solve the problem, and close the call.
