WebService Activation Error!

Hi Experts,

I have created a FM which takes User Id & password as Importing Parameters to this FM &

Exporting parameters are Auth_text & Error_text. i had created a Web Service for it using the

standard webservice wizard in SE80. However when i try to activate it i am facing error while activation.

I am currentyly working on IDES System.

Try to create the webservice using soamanager and activate it.

Hi Reema,

i forget to mention that while creating Web Service through Wizard i am receiving the following message in the Wizard Window

"Note that the service does not have any runtime release and therefore cannot be used. This can be created in Transaction SOAMANAGER"

How ever the service is getting created but not getting activated.

Hi Priyesh,

Kindly try to create the service using WSCONFIG. After creating check the service in WSADMIN.

Once you are done in WSCONFIG, try activating your webservice.
