Watermark in smartforms

Hi All Experts,

I have to add a watermark in a smartform,

i have added the required watermark text in se78, also i have added it in the backgroud picture of the firstpage in smartform, still i am not able to see the watermark in the backround

Now please help me on how to rectify this issue.

Are you checking it in print preview or print..? Please check if in print it is visible or not. What have you put in here in screen shot..Choose the desire option

Make sure that you have Print in Output mode:

HELLO ALL,

I have made the changes as you told as below,

but now the problem is my water is appearing at the back of the page, that is my print page is hiding the watermark hence it is not visible.

Please help on this.

Can you please attach a screen shot..? Watermark are always displayed as background image.

see at the right side there is white space start at the end of credit window, that is my watermarker which is of course at backround but not visible hope u got it.

You can do two things.. One try to change your DPI in smartform. Seconldy try to upload a small image.. Is the image too big..?

I believe change the DPI's it will work

Tell me one thing where you need water mark? just mark that area and past that image here and

if possible download share your smartform in xml...

Hi,

Try giving resolution as 100 DPI. Horizontal - 0.65 CM

                                                Vertical - 10.00 CM

Hope you have saved ur picture as .bmp

Also, if you want to display based on condition, you can do in following way.

Declare global varaible like gv_graphics type string.

In initialization, you could add logic based on ur condition.

For Ex:

If gs_ekko-frgke EQ 'X'.

gv_graphics = 'ZSD_WATERMARK_CREDIT'.

ELSE.

gv_graphics = 'ZSD_BLANK' " Blank image.

ENDIF.

Then in first page back ground image tab give :

Name : &GV_GRAPHICS&

Object: Graphics

ID      : BMAP

with same resolution and position mentioned above.

Dear Satish,

In SE78, open the image attributes. Make sure that Reserve Height Automatically is unchecked.

This should resolve your problem . Else upload a smaller picture.

If size is the issue..you either control via DPI or with a new image in SE78
