I'm have created a z custom table.
when try to activate. It through s a warning--
Table must be created in database??
when i activate it..
The warning message disappear.

Hi Rajender,
1. Please check before activating that you have maintained the technical settings for the table, and before activating please try to save it first.

When u create a table without a MANDT (Client) specific u will get tat mes. otherwise it wont give !!!

I have maintained technical settings and saved the data.
Even though warning remains.

check for the Technical Settings..!
even though u said tht u created ..! but better to check the size wht u entered ..!
and also the data class too...!

Check in the Database utility (SE14).
