Warning message to be converted as Error Message...

hi,

My scenario is

1. PR created by planning department.

2. RFQ maintained by purchasing department.

3. PO created by purchasing department.

4. GR made after Po release

After GR of the PO, the planning department / end users deleting the PR for some reasons.

I am getting warning message as "Purchase orders already exist for this item

Message no. 06152" while deleting, I unable to convert into Error message.

So, What is the User Exit / Badi available for the above scenario / error message?

I Guess you can made the warning message into the error message using the message Setting configuration in spro.

It is not updating as Error message, I already checked out in SPRO.

Hi,

If you are changing the warning message into error message. Then, while deleting the line item you will get the warning message. But, it will not allow you to save the document.

So, If you are changing the warning message into error message. Then, the user can't able to delete the line item.
