VL10C - V50R 036 error while document delivery

Hello All,

We are getting an error in transaction  VL10C while the report is run in background for delivering document which are due.

(when report is run as mass processing)

The error log as shown in transaction V_SA shows the below error :

Message Identification                 V50R

System Message Number            036

Output Type                                E

Document <doc no> could not be delivered.

The document is blocked by another user or another job.

There is a shipping due date index for the document

although the document is no longer due for shipment.

For the index list, the document fulfills all of the

chosen selection criteria. However, there is no item

that fulfills all of these criteria.

We have checked the forums and couple of notes (Note 582683 - VL10: Documents are not displayed in the log)  and 582683 - VL10: Documents are not displayed in the log), but its not relevant to ECC 6.0 or it was not helpful.

Could you please provide me some inputs or alternate notes which could solve this issue?

The above issue is resolved. But , there  is a performance issue in VL10C transaction. It takes long time for delivery creation. Have checked many notes, but those are relevant only to lower version, not ECC 6.0. Any inputs to resolve this will be g8.
