Hi Experts,
We have configured email process while saving VF02. there are two email addresses maintained in Bill-to and Alternate Bill-to. when we maintained different email addresses the functionality is working fine (Email send 'To' Bill-to and 'CC' Alternate Bill-to).
My problem is, when we maintained same email ids in both.. Email is only going to 'CC' not in 'To'. Why this happens? Can anybody help on this.
