Hi ,

Is ECC 5.0 case sensitive.I am presently working on 4.6c ,will be shifting to ECC 5.0.Can anybody tell abt exact things on which I have to concentrate i.e., regarding the differences between these 2 versions.

Hi Sandeep

Follow the below mentioned steps to identify the root cause:

Check if there is a user comparison issue. (The role name will be suffixed with Red light, instead of green)

Check the object S_TCODE existence in the authorization object of that particular profile.

Check SU56 to know the objects/values available for the user.

No version is case sensitive.the system will accept whether you give small or capital letters.

Reward if helpfull.
