VENDOR_ADD_DATA customer status fields

Hi, i have implemented BADI VENDOR_ADD_DATA and VENDOR_ADD_DATA_CS, but i have seen that in FK03 tr., my customers fields are actives, not in gray. How can i implement status fields in customer fields?

Too, i want to know is it possible to show the new button only in general data and not in company data?. And, in the same way, how to show the new button for specifics account groups?
