VBUP and VBAP

Hi,

I was checking through the table anfd found out there were some entries in VBUP which were not found in VBAP.

Can someone tell me why is that?

VBAP is one which contains all the line items created for a sales order or reference order or other orders....

VBUP is just the status maintained for line items. So, for some of the line items the status will not be reflected due to which it doesnot contain all line items as such..

The entries were there in <b>VBUP</b> table and not there in <b>VBAP</b> table.

The Sales Orders in VBAP table must be only there in VBUP right??

Hi Sneha,

the deliveries are also in VBUP but not in VBAP. They are in LIPS.

Hi,

Yes, look into VBUK with VBTYP = 'J' and you will find the

entries of delieferies. These are also in VBUP.
