va02 modifying payment card number

Hi guru's,

in va02 iam not  able  to give a  payment card number if  i change card number it will show card no is not  valid..
is  ther any other way..?  pls find the  picture bellow...thx in advance

Hi

Please enter valid card number... it will accept. If you have authorization for SPRO check the settings in SAP Customizing Implementation Guide > Cross-Application Components > Payment Cards > Basic Settings
