UST04 table inconsistency

In our ECC system, we have removed SAP_NEW profile from all users. But, in table UST04 table, one user is still showing with SAP_NEW profile even though the user id is not present in the system. USR02 table does not have user id, but UST04 showing user with SAP_NEW profile and 25 other profiles. Please help to understand this inconsistency.
