Using basxml for rfc from non SAP

Hello,

basxml is the new rfc protocoll with can be used for RFC between SAP systems.

Does anybody know if it es posible to use basxml for external RFC calls using

the RFCSDK or JCo Adapter? If so, how can it switched on?

Hi Hartmut,

You can find some info about basXML here:

You need the right backend release. Then you have to activate it in the RFC destination and also at the Function module Attributes tab (Processing type part).
