Using the access key for user exits or for creating routines is safe or not? will it effect the licence?

It's safe. As for consequences for your license: all depends on what you're doing in the user exit.

Itis 100% safe in view of licence of SAP.

If you make mistake in user exit code , it will affect your transaction code only for which you r coding. And you can

use access code, it is just for information that who have rights to change such type of program. it is for tracking only.

As u r answers suggest that Using access key for user exit is safe.But will they get updated when we upgrade from one version to the other?

Using access key for creating routines(like copying routines,billing routines) which will be used in the configuration are safe as far as License is concerned?
