1. he can login using his email id,

2. that email id

which was used while registering at sdn.

give a try using his email id with which he registered in to SDN ...

He can login through his mail id through which he had given it in the registration ..

It works and then u will ask for the password and all those things are same as old one's..

Hi,

when he register he might have given his company id or some id. if he forgot his id (generated by SDN) he can very well login with the company id which he provided during registration.
