when i run xd01 the Company Code field should be disabled automatically

how can i achieve this, can any one guide me in code

I really don't think, disabling is possible. I can see only one user-exit <b>EXIT_SAPMF02D_001</b> which is used to do checks prior to save.

better to check in the Config<b>(SPRO)</b>.
