Hi,

Source : Google

you may go through this user exit in IDES if you can and

understand the program so as to identify the possibility of

achieving the

desired results.

Quote:

During the Nobel Biocare rollout, they have used their existing

ZZMV60AFZZ user exit at the Billing stage (VF01, VF04 t-code) to

pickup a number from the number range based on the Company Code.

Although the Billing types remained the same for all the Co

Codes, in order to keep the Invoice numbers for the Co Code in

sequence, the user exit picks up the next number available in

the number range assigned to that Co Code, while generating the

Billing documents.

I guess 60AFZZ user exit is the one that we can use.

Solution for that i can give is:

Maintain a Z-table with key fields Billing Type and Company code,

with Number range ID as non-Key field.

Write the corresponding coding in the user exit ZZMV60AFZZ ,

where you will have the details of billing type and company code

based on it we need to query the Z-table and get the

corresponding Number range ID maintained.

Cheers,

Chaitanya

USER EXITS->

User exits (Function module exits) are exits developed by SAP.

The exit is implementerd as a call to a functionmodule.

The code for the function module is writeen by the developer.

You are not writing the code directly in the function module,

but in the include that is implemented in the function module.

The naming standard of function modules for functionmodule exits is:

EXIT_<program name><3 digit suffix>

The call to a functionmodule exit is implemented as:

CALL CUSTOMER.-FUNCTION ❤️ digit suffix>

CUSTOMER EXITS-> t-code CMOD.

As of Release 4.6A SAP provides a new enhancement technique, the Business Add-Ins.

Among others, this enhancement technique has the advantage of

being based on a multi-level system landscape (SAP, country versions, IS solutions, partner,

customer, and so on)

instead of a two-level landscape (SAP, customer) as with the customer exits.

You can create definitions and implementations of business add-ins at any level of the system landscape.

To unify enhancements of the SAP Standard you can migrate customer exits to business add-ins.
