User exit in Test Env.

Hello everbody

I had to raise a message in ME21n tr. I searched forum and found this thread:

https://forums.sdn.sap.com/click.jspa?searchID=20712220&messageID=6756619 , it worked fine in Sandbox and dev. today when I moved to Testing environment the UE is not hit...

I check the Tr. Request the Include name is included and tr. also moved with out any issues...what else could be the problem? why is it not hitting in Testing? My FC says all the configs are same...

the enchancement for your exit must not be active in the UE sys .... check that and activate...

UE = user exit...

its says its active...

HI.

Check package of your user exit.go to SE03 and check the package of userexit whether its contains under your package or std one.

yeah.. I checked in se03 every thing seems perfect... no issues.. its similar to the one I moved yesterday... only this user exit is giving me aa problem

No my freind ... what i mean is check the status of the enchament in smod / cmod ...

Check for your enchacement .. and see if your user exit is active ....

Its active... Its good with all green lights..

Enchancement : MM06E005 contains your user exit .... check if this is active ...

yes the project is active the customer exit (function exit) is active... all green
