User exit for adding Text in the SD delivery document

In the outbound delivery creation I need to programatically generate the text for one of the text type shwn in the Item "text" Tab.

I am new to SD module, Hence can anyone suggest me how this can be achieved?

I would start by investigating transaction VOFM > Copying Requirements > Texts (and this could be configured, perhaps, see you SD specialist).
