user exit call customer function 002 is not getting trigerred

Hi

I am using the user exit call customer function 002 in the function module idoc_input_proact to trigger and idoc.my problem is that the user exit is not geting triggered.

please help me gurus as this the last day for finishing thw work.

Hello,

a small suggestion just keep breat-point in all user exits then run it ... thn we can know wht problem is...

Even after putting a break point in the exit, it is not getting triggered.

keep break point in the beginning of idoc_input_proact, and analyze what is happening.

it means tthat, u are applying a wrong exit in the pgm.

try to once again search for the suitable exits for your program.

check the tcode and user exits wch u r using the proper one or not ..if u keep break-point its has to triiger.

ru executing ur development I mean for Idoc creation ur using RSNAST00 program.

Please let me know how ur testing ur exit?
