User Decision step not working for some users

we are facing issue when click on User decision in SBWP SAP inbox.

When we click on Approve/Reject/Cancel buttons nothing happens.

This issue is occurring for some users only.

Can you plz let me know what goes wrong

Are you asking how to analyze, trace or debug what happens when Approve, Reject or Cancel is clicked?

I hope you understand we can't tell you what an unknown workflow does after a button of unknown decision is pressed.

When i click on Approve/ Reject?Cancel button in workitem in SBWP transaction nothing happens.

This issue is occurring for all workflow.

When i click on workitem it status is changed to Reserved and Technical Status is set as Selected . But nothing Happens when i click on User Decision Buttons (Approve/Reject )
