Hello,

How can be automatically blocked users donu2019t use system during last 60 days?

Dear Gulsah,

First of all you nead a report which is list your logon last logon date. Table USR02 give you this information (USR02-TRDAT).Calculate Sap user logon days.Find user who isn't logon last 60 and call function "BAPI_USER_LOCK". BAPI_USER_LOCK lock your SAP user. Create daily job for this report.
