uploading XL sheet into fieldstring

Hi Experts,

I have a problem in uploading an excel sheet into SAP, here i need the uploaded data into a field string insted of an internal table.

For this i tried using FMs 'TEXT_CONVERT_XLS_TO_SAP' and 'ALSM_EXCEL_TO_INTERNAL_TABLE'.

but i was unable to solve my problem. plz some one help me in this regard, please provide some sample code for this.

Hi Mythri,

When you using Function modules 'TEXT_CONVERT_XLS_TO_SAP' OR 'ALSM_EXCEL_TO_INTERNAL_TABLE'. This will read the data from the excel sheet and pass it into an internal. Now your inernal table holds the records pass them into each variable and concatenate the variables that will form your string.
