Uploading transport

Hi Experts,

I want to implement an OSS notes which doesn't have any correction instruction instead, it has a transport which needs to be uploaded to SAP. I have downloaded the files which are for uploading the transport from SAP server. The files are K228322.P9C and R228322.P9C. I want to know how to upload these files to my SAP system. Can anybody help me on this?
