Uploading labels to SAPScript using BARTENDER..

I have designed some labels using bartender software. Please let me know as how to upload it to SAPScript.

This just gerenates the print code, right? If so, just go to your window(probably the MAIN windown) and copy and paste the code.

But on this forum I have seen people discussing on ITF file upload to so10. So what is that then ?
