Uploading F-02 transaction code

hello abapres,

i have to upload F-02 TCODE...i have a sample flat file, which contains two header and their corresponding line items...i tried by creating two internal tables...but am not getting it properly...can any one send me the sample code regarding my case.....thnx in advance....
