uploading data from excel

hi all

I have uploaded data from Excel into internal table.

But I can have multiple sheets in excel

and I have to process only first sheet in case its name is ‘TEST’.

Please let me know how can we check that name of first sheet in excel is TEST.

Any pointers to this will be helpful.
