Upload ztable from DEV to SBX

I ahve a created a table in DEV . Now I want to copy this table into SBX . Is there a way I can copy this table entirely from DEV to SBX without transport. I mean can we Download and upload table from here to SBX.

No way .. you can do this .. download and upload the table definition ...

Your DBA/basis administrator should be able to do this for you at the database level.

It`s not possible through a program or tcode,you have to transport it to other system.
