Upload Image

Hi All,

i upload one image through SMW0 transaction . First, Select Binary Data

Second, Select the Find Button , Press F8 Then, Press the Create button and Enter name and description

then Select import button and select image when it gives error message :No MIME type assigned to object C:\Documents

Settings\dasardha_ramayya\Desktop to upload . for that what can i do.give me suggistion.

U need to upload image in MIME repository i guess.

Go to SE80 -> MIME repository ,

There you have to create a folder in the folders list u see. In your folder right click on it and then u can import ur image from desktop.......

The screen on which u are getting this error has got the tab settings.go there then click on maintain mime types,,,create a new mime type with the extension similar to the image u are uploading save it and now cm back and upload ur image ...u ll not get the same error.

Hi,

i think that doing this u will sove ur issue.

Go to tx SMW0

Click Settings -> Maintain MIME types --> Create button 

Fill in :- TYPE : image/gif EXTENSION : .GIF --> Save 

and then keep doing what u did.
