Upload data into VB01 Listing/Exclusion

Hello experts,

We have a requirement where we have to upload data to VB01 transaction.

Is there any BADI, BAPI, IDOC or Direct method in LSMW to upoad the data.

I want to avoid the BDC programming as i have to get the proper key combination which is bit difficult in background mode.

Please suggest some way.
