Upgrade with unicode and without unicode conversions

Gurus,

I am preparing an RFP (request for proposal) for an upgrade project from 4.7 to ECC6.

Client prefers for ECC 6.0 without Unicode conversion.

I need to give them a detail report regarding

1. ECC 6 upgrade with Unicode conversion and without Unicode conversion

2. Advantage and disadvantage of both with and without Unicode conversion

3. What are the country and language doesnu2019t needs Unicode conversion

Your inputs going to be much more valuable so kindly help me <removed by moderator>

One major message of this presentation is:
