Update restriction message

Hi All,

When I tried create a Business location Id in development server by transaction code O401, I got a message that a Business location was created. But I got message also that update was cancelled.In this message it is written that database table OIFSPBL was not updated because of some error. Can anybody tell why this happening?

You can use transactions SM13 and SM14 to analyze terminated updates. The system log (SM21) may also have some information for you.
