UNKNOWN_ERROR while logging in Portal

Dear All,

While login in Portal I am getting unknow error.

Please help. I am using NW2004s.

Is the Portal throwing the error msg as "Unknown Error"? If yes, please consult your BASIS and Portal admin to check what are the Criteria has been set to throw such nonsense Error text.

Keeping these things apart, please ask your Security admin to check if you Backend user id Locked/ Validity expired etc. What type of environment the Portal is using for it's integrity and Sign-on principle?

yes portal is throwing the error......

I am from basis team only but new to portal.

I am not able to delete duplicate thread....even I don't know how it created 😮

Can you please provide a bit details description on how and when the error is occurring?

Hi Ankush,

Check the traces or check the logs and do revert with the same. Unknown error are of many types.
