Unicode-compatible error in Business object

Hi All,

I am getting error in custom business object that, 'Program is not Unicode-Compatible, according to its program attributes'. Is tht necessary to any unicode check box as to check like ABAP program? (But option is not there). What has to be done? Please anyone help me out.
