Understanding regarding the OSS Note

Hi,

I would like to apply OSS note to one of my SAP Program. As per the note; for one of the S/W component and for release 600; Package home is "SAPKH60008".

However as per my current R/3 environment; for the same S/W package & release; the Package Home is "SAPKH60007".

So deos this mean that the OSS Note I am referin to is not yet implemented in my system. Because as per my understanding; the OSS note / Changes will be automatically incorporated for any package home equal to or greater than "SAPKH60008" and as my package home is "SAPKH60007"; I need to implement the OSS note. (i.e. Its not already incorporated in my "Package Home")

Hi,

Your understanding is correct, you will need to apply the note to your system, or apply patch 8.
