Types declaration

Hi,

I need to declare a variable in OO envinroment what is a same type like MD5_FIELDS-HASH_RAW8 (RAW 8).

I cannot use "like" reserved word in OO.

Can anybody advice a right type declaration ?

Did you tried using <b>'type'</b>?

Hi Marian,

Try this out:

TYPES: type1 TYPE  md5_fields-hash_raw8.

DATA: var1 TYPE type1.

Now you can use var1 of type md5_fields-hash_raw8.

why do you need the additional <b>types</b> declaration?
