Tutorial for SALV

I want to learn about SALV, can anyone send me a sample code with which I can display a simple report, Header + Table contents.

Or any links for SALV tutorial.

Go to SE38, enter SALV* in to the program name field, and hit F4. You will then get a list of programs. All of the programs that start with SALV are example programs for the ALV Object Model
