Hi,
Plz try the following.
Right click on the function group -> go to More Functions -> Write Transport Entry -> Choose the the request number -> click the green tick. You can also create a new one there.
Reward if Helpful.

Hi,
This all may be happening because the changes you are making to function module are being saved in any existing transport request.
So go to SE09 / SE10, delete the task related to your function module from the particular TR.
and then try saving the FM again.

It is because the Function Module you have with you is part of the the function group ZABC. It will be saved in the transport request that ZABC Function Group has.
You will be able to create a new transport request only if the Transport request for the ZABC is already transported. Hence All the function Modules are stored in the Transport Request assigned to its parent Function Group.

Hi Neha,
U r telling tht using the fngrp which is already created.
For tht fngrp there should be already one req num.
First check tht whether it is transpoted r not.If it is
already transpoted u need to create another Fngrp.
or else it will create the problem for existing
Fngrp function modules.
If it helps reward me points.
