Transporting Table contents

Hi All,

I need to modify a single entry in a table and have to create a transport for it. how can i do it.

Hi,

Go in SE01, create a request for workbench. Add a line into the request with the key R3TR, TABU, and the key of the table ending with *.

If you are little affraid about that, look into another request order containing R3TR, TABU.

(SE03 could help you)

If you have a table maintenance dialog generated for that table you can also goto sm30, click on transport and than you'll be able to select the rows you want to transport.

Hi,

If your table contents are already transportable, it will attach it to a request automatically. In your request, you will see an entry with TABU and the table key contents. All the entries created with this Key will get transported along with the request.

Or another way is to manually attach the table key to the object list in SE10 of ur transport correction. U need to use TABU.

hi,

you have one more option that is goto table contants and from table entry--> transport entries.

This saves us a lot of time entering values again in the Test and Production systems.
