Transporting Quick veiwer

hi,

I have created a report using QUICK VIEWER and assigned a T.CODE, it is working fine but how do i transport it to production server.

-> When I create using SQVI it is not asking for a package or the request no.

-> I am unable to assign the report into a request, It is not at all appearing in the program list.

please help me.

hii,

go to initial screen of SQVI, Give your query name,

goto QUICKVIEW-->ADDITIONAL FUNCTION --> REPORT NAME.

You will get the report name, copy it to Z Report.

hope it solves your query.

u've to convert it to sap query inorder to transport it.enter ur query name in sqvi and click on ap query button.it 'll take u to sq01.in environment menu select standard area.(Client specific).

den go to Query menu and click on convert quickview..

dis 'll convert ur query to SAP query which u can transport.

I did as per your suggestion but in SQ01 -> menu path QUERY -> convert Quick view is disabled, What would be the problem.
